Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 5:00 PM
• Check-out: by 10:00 AM
• If you plan to leave before 7:00 AM, please settle your bill by 10:30 PM the day before.

Meal Plans

• Full Board: from dinner on arrival to lunch on departure
• Half Board: from dinner on arrival to breakfast on departure
• Bed & Breakfast: breakfast the day after arrival
• Late arrivals: cold meals at the restaurant (Full/Half Board), snacks at the bar (extra charge)

Meal Times

• Breakfast: 07:30 – 09:30 (buffet) – self-service coffee or espresso at bar
• Lunch: 12:30 – 14:30 – buffet starters/sides, à la carte main courses, fruit and dessert buffet
• Dinner: 19:30 – 21:30 – served on panoramic terrace (weather permitting)
• Special Evenings:
  • Tuesday: Sushi & Brasserie Buffet
  • Friday: Calabrian Buffet
• *Your table is assigned for the entire stay. Prestige Plus guests have exclusive locations.

Beach & Services

• Blue Bay Beach / Cala Grotticelle: access via 150-step internal staircase (comfortable shoes recommended)
• Free Shuttle to Grotticelle Beach: on request at reception
  • Morning: 09:00 – 13:00
  • Afternoon: 15:00 – 19:00
• Walk along the main beach and cross to the second bay – our beach area is the last one
• Beach Services:
  • 1st & 2nd rows: reserved for Prestige Plus
  • From 3rd row onward: free access
  • No bar or restrooms on the beach

Swimming Pool

• Opening Hours: 9:00 – 20:00
• Reserving loungers with towels is not allowed
• Please avoid loud noise out of respect for other guests

Bar

• Hours: 07:30 – 24:00
• Payments: by room card only. Report any loss to reception

Sports & Activities

• Outdoor gym – free access
• Paddle court – book at reception, deposit required
• Evening lighting: €20/hour

Wi-Fi

• Free throughout the property

Room Information

• Daily Cleaning: do not leave the card in the power slot (room appears occupied)
• Linen Change: twice a week. For extra changes, leave items in the shower or contact reception
• Air Conditioning: auto-off with open windows – can be turned off manually
• Minibar: drinks available for purchase
• Beach Towel: first is free, extra changes €5
• Deposit: €20 (refunded at check-out)
• Safe: enter 4–6 digit code, press “L” to lock – enter code again to open
• Laundry service: available on request, extra charge
  • Morning drop-off: return in afternoon
  • Evening drop-off: return next morning

Check-out

• Linen Check: damages or missing items will be charged
• Showers/Changing Rooms: available by the pool
• Luggage Storage: available at meeting room above the restaurant
• Post Check-out Purchases: credit card only

Access & Security

• Free parking
• Main gate closes at night – use intercom to enter
